Key information about us

As a consultant your referral is an important part of the treatment that you offer your patient. We recognise how important this is and work as hard as you do to ensure quality and safety.
At back2normal we also understand that a busy consultant has to be able to continue working without worrying about their patients physiotherapy and for you to be confident that you patient receives the best and most efficacious treatment possible.
Our commitment is to you and your patient to provide the environment and treatment the patient requires at all stages of their recovery.
Quality
Any medical practitioner is effectively the patient’s advocate. Our commitment to you and your patient is quality care. Our personal assurance can be provided with the research and results contained in the Medical Background Document. The clinic reviews and monitors the results every six months and compares itself to results in similar clinics throughout the world. This approach ensures consistently high quality results for all our patients.
Safety
Our treatment protocols are devised with safety in mind. The control in range of movement and loading allows us to safely treat all pathologies. We are able to start treatment on patients sooner than most other physiotherapists because of the attention to safety. Our safety has now been reproduced in close to 100,000 patients with low back pain and over 30,000 patients with neck pain.
Back and neck pain
The results of back2normal speak for themselves. Almost universal increased range of movements, Dramatic reduction in pain scores including sciatic pain together with reduced need for medication all help return your patient back to their normal lives. Like you we know that a successful outcome means everything to the patient.
Prehabilitation
We follow the concept that in patients who are planning to undergo surgery, a pre-operative phase of reconditioning can improve outcomes, reduce the length of stay and reduce the levels of pain after surgery. We term this “prehabilitation”
Post surgical treatment
We liaise with our consultants who often allow post-operative treatment following fracture fixation and fusion as early as 2 weeks post-op, and for other conditions we often discuss the treatment in the pre-surgical phase.
Close communication
Our therapists understand the importance of communication. Reports and letters are important ways of communicating. If a phone call is needed, you can rest assured that you team will be contacted. We are happy to share the collective results of the clinic and keep you up to date with the clinic and it’s treatment.
Avoidance of surgery
In patients who are in severe pain, the treatment we offer may reduce the need for surgery. We have several case studies that demonstrate a reduced transition to surgery in patients with sciatic type pain.
